Dumaguete Branch Morning Exercise with the Survivors

As part of its ongoing campaign to promote a healthy lifestyle, DOK ALTERNATIBO Dumaguete City Branch reinvigorated its “Hataw Fitness,” a 45-minute aerobic exercise held every 3rd Saturday of the Month from 6am to 6:45 a.m. at the Sibulan Municipal grounds.
