Walking is free and easy to do and it offers health benefits especially to people who have diseases. In a study of the University of Tennessee it found out that women who walked had less body fat than those who did’t walk, and it lowers the risk of blood clots. Other benefits of walking are: improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens the heart, also lead to weight lose, improves health, supports the joints, lightens the mood, and leads to a longer life.

Rejuvenation Treatment Program of Dok Alternatibo strengthens the walking therapy of the rejuvenees. In fact, today’s morning therapy of 52nd and 53rd rejuvenation enrollees is the walking exercise at Digos Rizal Park headed by the super energetic Rejuvenation staff Dok Tess. Our recent enrollees are: Elvira Angeles, and Fernandita Peoples (52nd batch), Arvin Pera Monica, and Isaias Sarabia (53rd Batch).

They look great and happy after the walking therapy. So, if you want to live healthy spare an hour or 30 minutes walk everyday!
